A bungalow in Walton-On-The-Hill could be demolished to make way for four new homes in plans are signed off by the borough council.
An application for 'planning in principle' has been submitted for the works at Old Croft Road.
If approved, the scheme would see four, three to five bedroom homes created on the plot.
Back garden developments
A four-bedroom property could be built in the garden of a house in Queensville.
An application was submitted to Stafford Borough Council for permission to build a "two-storey, four-bedroom detached dwelling within the garden of numbers 83 and 85 Silkmore Lane".
Both homes are under the same ownership.
