Police are appealing for information following a burglary in Eccleshall.

The incident occurred on Monday (13 July) at approximately 4:15pm in the area of Horse Fair and the junction of Small Lane, Eccleshall.

A group of young people, between the ages of 11 and 15, were seen entering a building.

It is thought this is their second visit to the premises.

Descriptions of two of the youths are as follows:

• One male wearing light-coloured trousers and a blue jumper
• One male wearing a black tracksuit with a hooded top

Anyone who saw individuals matching these descriptions in the area at around the time of the incident or who has CCTV, doorbell, dashcam or other footage that could assist investigations should contact police.

Parents and guardians of local children are asked to consider whether they know their child's whereabouts during the afternoon and evening of 13 July.
