Staffordshire Police is appealing after receiving information from members of the public, including reports shared on social media, that bicycles believed to be stolen may be being stored at various locations across Stafford.

Currently, no victims of cycle theft can be linked to the bikes in question.

If your bike has been stolen call 101 or make contact via the Staffordshire Police website.

Staffordshire Police said: "Without reports from victims, it can be extremely difficult for officers to identify ownership of bicycles that are recovered during police activity, including stop searches.

"Your information could help us reunite stolen bikes with their rightful owners and support any ongoing investigations.

"Thank you for your continued support."
