Welcome to Stafford Nub News – the latest addition to the growing number of free, online local newspapers from Nub News. 

Edited by local journalist Livia Gregor, our latest site shows the ethos of Nub News by putting local news and community support first.

We want to promote local businesses, traders and charities, while also keeping readers up to date with the latest headlines across Stafford.

We are confident that Stafford will mirror the huge success of nearby Stoke Nub News and Crewe Nub News. Launched over five years ago, our Crewe website is now the 'go to' place for local residents who want to know what is happening on their doorstep. 

We have fulfilled our pledge to put their town in their pocket – with tens of thousands of readers heading to our Crewe news pages every single week.

We hope to do the same thing for the people of Stafford.
