Staffordshire Police are seeking information following a car theft in Stafford.

The incident occurred overnight between 8:30pm on Sunday 28 June and 8:15am on Monday 29 June 2026.

The vehicle, a grey 18-plate Vauxhall Insignia, was stolen from the driveway of a property on Marigold Place, Stafford (ST16 1ZH).

Initial CCTV enquiries suggest that the car may have left the location at around 12:20am travelling via Marigold Place, Violet Way, Snowdrop Lane (the only exit from the Partridge Walk estate), then onto Meadowsweet Avenue, likely heading towards the A34 at Redhill.

A selection of golf clubs, which were being stored in the vehicle, are thought to have been stolen as part of the incident.

These include:

  • Titleist GT3 Driver
  • Cobra 2 Iron
  • Callaway Apex Pro Irons (4–PW)
  • Titleist Vokey Wedges (50°, 54°, 60°)
  • Scotty Cameron GoLo Putter

Police are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time of the theft, has dashcam, CCTV, doorbell or mobile footage that may assist enquiries, has seen golf clubs advertised for sale locally or online or has been offered the chance to purchase golf clubs under unusual circumstances.

Anyone living on the Partridge Walk, Bertelin Fields or The Catkins estates should check their CCTV or security footage for suspicious persons or vehicles entering onto their property or the surrounding area.
