Do you recognise this person? Staffordshire Police appeal for help to find rider of off-road bike

Staffordshire Police is appealing for help to find the owner or rider of an off-road bike which was spotted at approximately 7:15pm on 18 June in Hyde Lea.
Officers are keen to identify the person amid ongoing concerns within the local community surrounding the use of off-road bikes on public highways, footpaths and private land.
Anyone who has information or who recognises the bike because of its distinctive colour should make contact with police.
