Crews battling to extinguish large grass fire in High Offely: People warned to avoid area

Multiple crews are currently tackling a large grass fire in Stafford.
Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to a field off Peggs Lane, High Offley, at 12:30pm today (25 August) following reports of a fire.
Firefighters are currently working to extinguish the fire which involves several fields.
People are asked to avoid the area where possible.
