Teenager arrested following stabbing at Church Eaton house party

A teenage boy, from south Staffordshire, has been arrested after a man was stabbed following a house party in Church Eaton.
On Saturday 30 May at 11.25pm, police were contacted by the West Midlands Ambulance Service who were responding to a report of a stabbing at a house on Church Eaton Road.
A large number of young people are thought to have attended the house party where the incident took place.
Officers attended the scene and spoke to several people to try to understand more about what occurred.
The victim was taken to hospital and discharged the following day (31 May).
A 17-year-old boy has since been arrested on suspicion of Section 18 – wounding.
He has been questioned and bailed with conditions while enquiries continue.
Police are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information which could aid their investigation.
This includes CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage from the area at the time.
