Staffordshire Police Open Day returns this June
By Livia Gregor 16th Apr 2026
A popular local event will be returning to Staffordshire County Showground this summer.
In previous years, the open day, hosted by Staffordshire Police, has had a turnout of over 10,000 people.
Attendees will have the chance to speak to police officers and specialist teams who serve communities across the county and watch live demonstrations.
There will also be opportunities to meet some of the force's hardworking police dogs.
The event is the perfect family day out and will take place on Saturday 13 June from 11am until 4pm.
Entry and on-site parking are free and there is a bus stop outside the showground.
Local charities and community organisations are invited to hold a stall at the open day, click here to express interest.
Applications close on 24 April.
Acting Chief Constable Rebecca Riggs said: "This is a great opportunity for local people to meet the officers, staff and volunteers who are keeping you safe in Staffordshire every single day.
"It's pleasing to see the heavy demand we often face when holding these open days each year, and I hope that they continue to be well received amongst the communities we proudly serve.
"We're really excited to welcome you all again and to showcase all of the ways we are working to deliver an outstanding police service across Staffordshire."
