A celebrity will be attending a lunch hosted by a Stafford charity this summer.

Comedian Jenny Eclair will be joining guests for Bubbles and Blooms, an event organised by Katharine House Hospice, taking place at The Boat House at Aston Marina on Thursday 23 July.

The author and broadcaster will take part in a Q&A during the lunch which aims to raise money for people requiring hospice care in the Stafford area.

Jenny Eclair said: "I'm really looking forward to joining everyone at Bubbles & Blooms in support of Katharine House Hospice.

"Hospices provide vital care and support to people and their families from the point of diagnosis and throughout their care.

"It's a privilege to be part of an event that helps make that possible."

Tickets are £60 per person with VIP tables available for £850.

As well as the Q&A, the ticket includes a three-course meal, a glass of bubbles on arrival, the chance to peruse boutique shopping stalls and a raffle.
