Friday 10 July: Andrew Lawrence and Leo Kearse Work in Progress
Stand up comedians Andrew Lawrence and Leo Kearse will each be performing an hour-long set at the Gatehouse Theatre this Friday.
Stafford audiences will have a unique opportunity to see new material being tried out on stage.
'Live at the Apollo' star Andrew has over twenty years of experience in the business.
He is well-known for his "unflinching, uproarious political humour" which has got him into trouble on a few occasions.
Leo likes to let current world issues inspire his sets, from climate change to Bonnie Blue to Just Stop Oil, nothing is off the table.

Saturday 11 July: Party in the Park
The perfect summer celebration is taking place on Saturday in Victoria Park.
Kicking off at 11am, Party in the Park promises to be a day of family fun.
The duck race will begin at 3pm.
Activities include:
- Circus workshops
- Stalls and food vendors
- Face painting
- Funfair rides
- Arts and crafts
- Heritage activities

Saturday 11 July: Stafford Farmers' and Artisans' Market
Stafford's monthly market returns this weekend and is the perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon.
A range of artisan crafts and homeware will be for sale including wax melts, candles and jewellery.
Wines, jams, pastries and cakes will also be available to purchase as well as some tasty street food.
The event will begin at 9am in Market Square and finish at 3pm.
However, it is advisable to get there early so not to miss out.
Traders sometimes pack up their stalls early if they run out of products.
Saturday 11-12 July: Tolkien Weekend
Take a trip to the village where a world famous author once lived and wrote.
Tolkien weekend will take place this Saturday and Sunday in Great Haywood.
Visitors can explore the 'J. R. R. Tolkien in Staffordshire 1915-1918' Exhibition in Great Haywood Memorial Hall and follow in Tolkien's footsteps as part of a special trail.
Stafford Borough Council said: "You can visit the places where J. R. R. Tolkien lived and wrote and areas which influenced his writings, as well as talking to local Tolkien enthusiasts."
