Staffordshire Police is appealing for information after a house was burgled in Eccleshall on Saturday 18 April.

At around 3:20pm, police responded to a call at a property after an alarm was activated. 

The rear door was found to have been damaged in order to gain entry. 

No one was found in the house when officers arrived. 

Anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the wider Eccleshall area or who has CCTV footage of the following locations, between 3pm and 3:30pm on Saturday, should contact Staffordshire Police: 

• Green Lane 
• Greenway 
• Newport Road / junction of Greenway  
• Southwell Estate (areas that back onto Greenway/Green Lane)
