Staffordshire Police are appealing for information to identify individuals persistently riding off-road motorbikes in the fields off Thorneyfields Lane (accessed via Norfolk Way) and the Hyde Lea area of Stafford.
The latest report was on Saturday 30 May at around 4:30pm after three off-road motorbikes were seen on fields accessed via the public footpath off Norfolk Way.
Officers are currently making enquiries and action will be taken against those involved.
Staffordshire Police said: "Using off-road motorbikes in these areas is illegal and dangerous, putting the public and riders at risk."
Individuals riding or using the bikes may also be committing other offences when on public roads and footpaths such as not having a driving license, not having insurance or not paying vehicle tax.
Police added: "Where appropriate, individuals may also be issued with a Section 59 warning under the Police Reform Act 2002, and vehicles used in an anti-social manner can and will be seized."
Anyone with information should email [email protected].
Information shared will be treated in the strictest confidence.
