People will be able to sample a range of limited-edition drinks and snacks in Stafford, Tamworth and Lichfield as part of the Staffy Trail's 'Foodie Week' (13 June to 19 June).

Several Staffordshire-based restaurants, pubs and cafes are taking part in the special event, serving up a selection of tasty treats as part of the Secret Staffy Menu.

Trailgoers will be able to enjoy themed cakes, special cocktails, unique drinks and much more simply by requesting the 'Staffy Special' at participating venues.

Delivered by the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) in partnership with Staffordshire County Council, the trail has already been explored by around 6000 people, generating up to £180,000 for the county's visitor economy.

CupACha, recently voted Stafford's best cafe by Nub News readers, has launched a brand new product for 'Foodie Week'.

Cafe owner, Amy Walsh, said: "We're so pleased to offer Staffy trailers our new Pistachio Chocolate Melt – a beautiful hot chocolate that is made with real chocolate and at a special price too.

"It's creamy and even comes in a vegan option too.

"We're also offering Staffy trailers 10% off our breakfast and lunch menu for the whole week.
