We are pleased to announce that Stafford Nub News will be partnering with Vibe 1 radio!

Many of our readers will already be regular listeners of Vibe 1, Stafford's leading local radio station.

For those who don't know, the station is dedicated to providing music, sport and news to people across Stafford and the wider region.

Vibe 1 recently hosted the Stafford Half Marathon and over the past year have covered the Stafford Christmas Lights Switch On, Stafford Pride and the Stafford 10k. 

Stafford FM rebranded as Vibe 1 in 2024 with the aim of reaching out to listeners across the rest of Mid-Staffordshire including Stone, Penkridge, Eccleshall and the surrounding areas.  

Former Signal 1 presenters, Stu Haycock, Ray Crowther, Cat Kay, Paul Dean lead the daytime shows along with seasoned local broadcasters, Big E, Eric Furze, and the Dude, whilst the local football coverage on a Friday evening is headed up by the award-winning Luke Powell. 

Vibe 1 said: "You can hear the Nub News on Vibe 1 each Thursday at 9am. 

"Livia Gregor will be joining us once a week to talk about the stories that are making the news and the hottest trending headlines across Mid-Staffordshire.
