By-election to take place for seat on Stafford Borough Council this week

A by-election will be held for a seat on Stafford Borough Council later this week following the death of Cllr Angela Loughran in April.
Cllr Angela Loughran was elected as a councillor in 1997, representing Manor Ward and serving as mayor in 2013.
The Manor Ward by-election will take place on Thursday (16 July) with polling stations open from 7am until 10pm on the day.
It is important that people bring photographic identification such as a UK passport, driving licence or disabled blue badge.
