Optometrist - Stafford Full-Time Up to £55,000 + 5 figure potential bonus

This is a genuinely strong opportunity for either a newly qualified or experienced Optometrist to join a well-established, practice in the heart of Stafford. You'll be working in a recently refurbished store with modern equipment, a supportive team, and a leadership group that values professionalism without ego.

The Role

This is not a "sit in the test room all day" position. They're looking for someone who's happy to be visible, get involved on the shop floor when needed, and be part of the wider team.

• 25-minute testing
• Contact lens work required
• Opportunity to utilise MECS, CUES and glaucoma experience (desirable, not essential)
• No dispensing required
• Every Saturday required

What They're Looking For

• Newly qualified or experienced Optometrist
• Down-to-earth, hands-on approach
• Someone who's happy to muck in and be part of the team
• Strong patient focus with a community mindset

Salary & Benefits

• Newly Qualified: £40,000 - £42,000
• Experienced: £50,000 - £55,000
• Performance bonus: up to £1,000 per month
• GOC fees paid
• CET and ongoing training support
• Indemnity insurance covered
• Clear progression pathway (including management and further qualifications)
